Conceived, built and scaled Kraken Impact into a multi-day executive experience spanning keynote stages, customer workshops, curated networking, immersive hospitality and unforgettable entertainment. Hosted in world-class cultural venues across New York and Amsterdam, Impact became Kraken's flagship event for customers, partners and industry leaders.

Beyond the headline conference, I designed the complete experience, from executive dinners and city outings to customer workshops, branded environments and production playbooks, creating a program that people returned to and that could be successfully replicated in new markets.
